
This module introduces students to the fundamentals of business systems simulation and modeling, a powerful approach for analyzing and improving business processes and decision-making. Students will learn to model dynamic business environments using simulation techniques such as discrete-event, continuous, and agent-based modeling. Through real-world case studies and hands-on practice using simulation tools like Arena, Simul8, and AnyLogic, learners will develop analytical skills to evaluate system behavior, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making in business contexts.
