Course Description:

This course introduces learners to the fundamental concepts, tools, and applications of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The module is designed to emphasize the strategic importance of marketing in transport, particularly in relation to planning optimal costs and coordinating various operational activities. Learners are introduced to the fundamental principles of marketing as applied to transport, while also developing the ability to analyze the advantages and limitations of different modes of transport in order to select the most suitable option for particular cases.  In addition, the module cultivates skills in conducting transport marketing research to support informed decision-making.
